Best results: an itemized bill with CPT or HCPCS codes
Photo, image, or PDF — up to 10 MB
Which bills work best? A line-item (itemized) bill that lists every service with a CPT or HCPCS code. CPT and HCPCS are the 5-character codes providers are required to assign to every service — e.g. 99285 for an ER visit, 70551 for a brain MRI. With those codes we can compare each charge to Medicare rates, the hospital’s own published prices, and market data — and tell you exactly where you’re being overcharged.

Don’t have an itemized bill? That’s the bill most people get in the mail, and it’s fine — upload it anyway. We’ll still analyze it, but the numbers will be estimates and your dispute will be less precise. Either way, we’ll help you request the itemized version so you can come back with a stronger case.

One bill per upload. Each analysis pulls the laws and benchmarks for one specific provider and service date, so mixing bills dilutes the advice. If your PDF contains several separate bills, upload it anyway — we’ll detect them and let you review each one.

Preparing…

Your bill is processed securely and not stored permanently. Analysis typically takes 10–15 seconds.

Upload a bill first and we'll show your analysis here.

Analyze your bill first and we'll draft a dispute letter for you.

How this works

  1. Upload your bill before paying it
  2. We analyze every charge against Medicare rates, published hospital prices, and applicable laws
  3. You get a dispute letter citing specific overcharges and legal protections
  4. Send the letter to your provider with the corrected amount
  5. Pay the correct amount as "paid in full" — no credit damage
